Touring Car Championship TCR Italy Imola 2022, ACI Racing Weekend, Cupra Competicion, Audi RS3, Tipo

The Italian Touring Car Championship TCR Italy 2022 is back on the Imola circuit during the ACI Racing Weekend races. The list of starters was extensive, with 37 cars battling overtaking during the two races of about 30 minutes each that took place on Saturday and Sunday. On the first day, the victory went to Dutchman Niels Langeveld in a Honda Civic FK7 H70, while the other steps of the podium were conquered by Marco Iannotta (Hyundai Elantra TCR) and Carlo Tamburini (Honda Civic FK7 H70). Another spectacular and hard-fought race on Sunday with a final decision in the last three laps due to the safety car which entered due to an accident. The small sprint race saw Denis Babuin (Audi Rs3 LMS TCR) triumph, followed by pilots Salvatore Tavano (Cupra Leon Competicion) and Cesare Brusa (Hyundai i30 N TCR). Molto folta la lista dai partenti al via con ben 37 vetture che hanno battagliato a suon di sorpassi durante le due gare di circa 30 minuti ciascuna che si sono svolte il Sabato e la Domenica. Nella prima giornata la vittoria e' andata l?olandese Niels Langeveld su Honda Civic FK7 H70 mentre gli altri gradini del podio sono stati conquistati da Marco Iannotta (Hyundai Elantra TCR) e Carlo Tamburini (Honda Civic FK7 H70). Altra spettacolare e combattuta gara la Domenica con un finale deciso negli ultimi tre giri a causa della safety car entrata per un'incidente. La piccola gara sprint ha visto trionfare Denis Babuin (Audi Rs3 LMS TCR) seguito dai piloti Salvatore Tavano (Cupra Leon Competicion) e Cesare Brusa (Hyundai i30 N TCR).
