Oreca 07 LMP2 Testing at Monza Circuit – 603 Hp 4.2-Litre V8 N/A Gibson GK-428 Engine Sound 🔊

I enjoyed filming the Oreca 07 LMP2 of the Canadian team Tower Motorsports during a test day organized by Kateyama on the Monza circuit. The team competed in the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 2023 and captured the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship in the LMP2 category in 2022. Featuring a carbon fibre monocoque chassis and lightweight carbon and Kevlar bodywork, the car weighs 930kg. We find the 4.2-litre naturally aspirated V8 Gibson GK-428 engine in the central position, which develops 603 HP at 9,000 rpm. It is moved by a 6-speed sequential gearbox + reverse with steering wheel controls produced by Xtrac. I must thank my friend and YouTuber @19Bozzy92, with whom I collaborated to make this video.
