1982 Ferrari 512 BB LM + Olivier Breittmayer OnBoard – 4.9-Litre Flat-12 Engine Sound at Mugello 🔊

I had the pleasure of filming this fantastic Ferrari 512 BB LM on the Mugello circuit during the European historic car championship stage by Peter Auto. The car belongs to the Belgian Breitt Racing team, which is active in track competitions and rallies. At the wheel, we find Olivier Breittmayer, whom I thank for his kindness towards us. At the time of the video, the car had recently been purchased from another collector. So this video from Mugello is Breittmayer's first race held using the vehicle. Interestingly, this is the last 512 BB LM of the 25 built (Chassis 44023), finished in November 1982 and delivered in 1983 to the Belgian distributor and owner of the Garage Francorchamps team, Jacques Swaters. The car did not compete in many races in its life, but we remember the years in which it was used by the Belgian driver Jean Blaton "Beurlys" in track events organized by Ferrari clubs. The car changed hands several times; in the late 1990s and early 2000s, it ran the Ferrari Historic Challenge with driver Richard Liebhaber, and in 2017, it returned to Belgium, where it underwent a restoration process. The 512 BB LM recently returned to racing with DHG Racing and now with Breitt Racing. The engine is a naturally aspirated 4.9-litre Flat-12 capable of developing over 470 HP at 7,250 rpm and 451 Nm of torque at 4,600 rpm and is moved by a 5-speed manual gearbox.I must thank my friend and Youtuber @19Bozzy92, with whom I collaborated to make this video. Enjoy! ? Ho avuto il piacere di filmare questa fantastica Ferrari 512 BB LM sul circuito del Mugello durante la tappa del campionato Europeo di auto storiche by Peter Auto. La vettura appartiene alla squadra Belga Breitt Racing molto attiva nelle competizioni su pista e nei rally. Al volante troviamo Olivier Breittmayer che ringrazio per la gentilezza nei nostri confronti. Al momento del video la vettura era stata da poco acquistata presso un'altro collezionista. Dunque questo video del Mugello si tratta della prima gara di Breittmayer disputata usando l'auto. Interessante notare che si tratta dell'ultima 512 BB LM delle 25 costruite (telaio 44023), finita di realizzare nel Novembre 1982 e consegnata nel 1983 al distributore belga e proprietario del team Garage Francorchamps Jacques Swaters. L'auto non ha compiuto molto gare nella sua vita pero' ricordiamo gli anni in cui veniva impiegata dal pilota belga Jean Blaton "Beurlys" negli eventi in pista organizzate dai club Ferrari. L'auto e' passata di mano piu' volte, tra la fine degli anni '90 e l'inizio degli anni 2000 ha corso il Ferrari Historic Challenge con il pilota Richard Liebhaber e nel 2017 e' tornata in Belgio dove ha subito un processo di restauro. Finalmente di recente e' tornata a gareggiare con DHG Racing ed ora con Breitt Racing. Il motore e' un 4.9-Litri Flat-12 aspirato capace di sviluppare oltre 470 Hp a 7.250 giri/min e 451 Nm di coppia a 4.600 giri/min ed e' mosso da un cambio manuale a 5 rapporti.
