This is the 1998 Porsche 911 GT1

During The Concorso d'Eleganza Villa d'Este I have filmed this 1998 Porsche 911 GT1. Vehicles licensed for use on public roads for homologation purposes were required for campaigning in endurance races like the 24 Hours of Le Mans. At the end of the 1990s, the GT1 Class was the most powerful. The car was based on a carbon monocoque attached to a tubular space- frame front and rear.
