EPIC Turbo Whistle Blow!!! 🔊 Porsche 997 GT2 Twin-Turbo RSR WideBody OnBoard at Imola Circuit

This car will always find space on my channel; it's impossible not to love the extraordinary Porsche 997 GT2 Twin-Turbo RSR WideBody developed and managed by the German friends of RS Tuning. The whistle of the double turbines in action and the blow-off valve are lovely; they are addictive! I'm at the Imola circuit during a day of testing for GT racing cars organized by Kateyama. No modern supercharged Porsche in the last 15 years sounds so epic! I thank the owner and driver enormously whenever he welcomes me with kindness and availability. And also all the guys from the RS Tuning team who are always friendly. Meeting them when they return to Italy is a real pleasure. Now, some technical notes. The flat-six engine has been increased to a displacement of 3.9 litres, and the monstrous power it develops can vary from 680hp to 830hp, depending on the mapping. The basic body of the car is a 997 RSR and weighs approximately 1,280kg. We find the sequential gearbox, and the traction is strictly rear. Enjoy! ? Mi trovo sul circuito di Imola durante un giorno di test per vetture racing GT organizzata da Kateyama. Nessuna Porsche moderna sovralimentata degli ultimi 15 anni suona in un modo cos? epico! Ringrazio enormemente il proprietario e pilota, ogni volta mi accoglie con tanta gentilezza e disponibilita'. Ed anche tutti i ragazzi del team RS Tuning che sono sempre amichevoli. Per me e' un vero piacere incontrarli quando tornano in Italia. Qualche nota tecnica. Il motore flat-six e' stato portato alla cilindrata di 3.9 Litri e la potenza mostruosa che sviluppa puo' variare a seconda delle mappature da 680cv a 830cv. Il corpo base della vettura e' una 997 RSR ed il peso e' di circa 1.280kg. Troviamo infine il cambio sequenziale e la trazione e' rigorosamente posteriore. Buona visione! ? ???????
