Eicma 2024 Milano – NEW 2025 MV Agusta F3 Competizione – 160cv/13.500rpm – Walkaround Details

In 2024, MV Agusta will celebrate the eightieth anniversary of its foundation. At the EICMA edition in Milan, it will propose many new products, including the utterly track-only edition F3 Competizione. The concept is to redefine the standards of medium-displacement supersport motorcycles, starting from the excellent base of the F3 RR model. With only 300 models produced in a limited edition in the Varese plant, Italy, the model uses the 798cc 3-cylinder engine capable of developing 160hp at 13,500 rpm, a power also obtained thanks to the complete titanium exhaust system produced by Akrapovic. The bike weighs 14 kg less than the F3 RR, bringing the weight-power ratio to 0.9hp/Kg. At the front, we find a fully adjustable ?hlins NIX30 fork with 43 mm TiN-coated upside-down stems and 320 mm Brembo discs with radially mounted monobloc calipers; at the rear, the adjustable shock absorber, always ?hlins, is the TTX 36 system. There are also carbon rims for further weight savings. The frame does not change compared to the F3 RR; it adopts the steel tube trellis layout integrated with aluminium alloy side plates. Enjoy! ? Il concetto e' quello di ridefinire gli standard delle moto supersport di media cilindrata e lo fa partendo dall'ottima base del modello F3 RR. Con soli 300 modelli prodotti a tiratura limitata nello stabilimento di Varese, in Italia, il modello utilizza il motore da 798cc a 3 cilindri in grado di sviluppare 160cv a 13.500 giri/min, una potenza ottenuta anche grazie all'impiato di scarico completo in titanio prodotto da Akrapovic. La moto pesa 14Kg in meno rispetto alla F3 RR portanto il rapporto peso potenza a 0.9cv/Kg. All'anteriore troviamo una forcella ?hlins NIX30 con steli rovesciati rivestiti in TiN da 43 mm completamente regolabile e dischi brembo da 320mm con pinze monoblocco a fissaggio radiale, al posteriore, l'ammortizzatore regolabile sempre ?hlins, e' il sistema TTX 36. Sono presenti inoltre i cerchi in carbonio per un'ulteriore risparmio di peso. Il telaio non cambia rispetto alla F3 RR, adotta lo schema a traliccio in tubi di acciaio integrato con piastre laterali in lega di alluminio. Buona visione! ? ???????
