Boss GP Racing Series 2022 at Misano Circuit – F2 Formula V8 Warm-Up Engines Races – Dallara GP2

The Boss GP Racing Series is a lovely European championship that allows owners of modern but not very recent F1, F3000 and GP2 cars to return to racing on the track. In November, I followed the last season round on the Misano Adriatico circuit. Almost exclusively GP2 vehicles were present, mainly Dallaras of various years powered by the 4.0-litre naturally aspirated Mecachrome v8 engine. Of note is a Tatuus World Series with a 3.5-litre Renault V8 engine and a Lola F3000. I really appreciate the Boss GP, which I find very spectacular. The cars around the track are high-speed, so the racing is interesting. Equally stunning is being able to access the pits to start the single-seaters and follow the warm-up of the engines with the fabulous naturally aspirated V8s. Thrusters bring back memories of when the formulas all sounded right. The video you see collects some of the best moments of my two days on the track, filming free practice, qualifying and Saturday's race. Enjoy! ? La Boss GP Racing Series e' un campionato Europeo molto bello che permette ai proprietari di moderne ma non recentissime vetture di F1, F3000 e GP2 di tornare a gareggiare in pista. A Novembre ho seguito l'ultima tappa del campionato sul circuito di Misano Adriatico. Erano presenti quasi esclusivamente vetture GP2, prevalentemente Dallara di differenti anni mosse dal motore Mecachrome v8 aspirato da 4.0-Litri di cilindrata. Da segnalare una Tatuus World Series con motore Renault V8 da 3.5-Litri e una Lola F3000. Personalmente apprezzo molto la Boss GP che trovo altamente spettacolare. Le monoposto che girano in pista sono estremamente veloci per cui le gare sono interessanti da vedere. Altrettanto spettacolare e' poter accedere ai box per l'accensione delle monoposto e seguire il warm-up dei motori con i favolusi V8 aspirati. I propulsori portano alla mente i ricordi di quando le Formule, tutte, suonavano in maniera appropriata.
